After graduating from The University of St Andrews with a degree in Chemistry with French Sarah worked in the technical side of the Paint industry followed by the Personal Care industry before joining Croda on their Graduate Development Scheme in 2013. Sarah had a variety of roles in Croda across Europe in R&D; she has been working in the Polymer Additives business since 2015 where she has held various commercial roles from leading the insights teams, being marketing manager for permanent static control additives to starting a deep dive on plastics circularity in 2018. An eager STEM ambassador and previous leader of Croda’s STEM team Sarah loves inspiring the next generation of scientists and demonstrating the variety of roles in the chemicals industry. After the acquisition of the majority of Croda’s PTIC business by Cargill in 2022 Sarah is currently Business Development Manager for Circular Plastics for Cargill Bioindustrial.
