Once registered, your visitor badge will be emailed to you. You can download and print your badge to enter the event.

No, you are welcome to stay at the show for as long as you wish within the open and close times.

No, once within the show your access will allow you into all co-located areas without restriction.

Yes, programmes and other show information will be distributed digitally prior to the event.

1. Visitors will not be allowed admission to the Show without a valid ticket/registration.
2. For the safety of all attendees, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, and may conduct security searches.
3. The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
4. If alterations to the show dates are made as a result of incidents occurring with the venue or potential of further pandemic outbreaks ticket holders/attendee’s will be informed directly.
5. Visitors maybe asked to adhere to additional measures put in place to comply with any rules and guidelines advised by the organiser. The latest information will be emailed to registrations and is available on the Show website.
6. Registrations are responsible for ensuring everyone in their party is aware of and adheres to all terms. and conditions including these additional measures.
7. The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the Show as a result of contracts entered by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor.
8. The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Show.
9. Visitors may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing, broadcast, or security purposes during the Show. By attending the Show, visitors authorise such photography and recording and permits the Organisers to use their images, likeness, and voice for archival and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation, or credit.
10. This is an industry-only event for professionals. Admission is open to professional and business visitors and exhibitors who are directly involved in or have a direct connection or interest in the subject area of the Event or associated industries or organisations.
11. The sale of any articles in the gangways or anywhere on the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of the Organisers, and the Organisers reserves the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of the condition.
12. Anyone attending the Event must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or wear offensive apparel or be involved in any activity which may disrupt the Event.

The event schedule, including the 2 exclusive conference streams will be available via the website, or the programme which is handed to you upon arriving at the show.

The Plastics Live team will be on-site to help with any questions you have regarding the event as a whole.

A full exhibitor breakdown list will be available via the Smarta Events Exhibition Directory OR within the event programme provided on-site.

Contactless payments will be encouraged throughout via card or phone, with an email receipt wherever possible. To be compliant with Covid-19 safety measures, please be prepared to pay by card for any purchases.

A First Aid room with fully trained staff is located on the show floor or alternatively please contact the Organisers Office located at the main entrance for medical assistance.

Your registration signifies the acceptance that as members of the audience, ticket holders may be filmed, sound recorded and/or photographed for broadcast and/or future publicity.

Except for Members of the RDS, all car parking facilities at the RDS are operated on a fee-paying basis.

This will be viewable in the event programme handed out at registration.
