Gary Tee has been involved in the flexible packaging industry for over 30 years. Driven by sustainability, Gary takes pride in helping retailers, brands, and converters make the switch to compostable flexible packaging and helping them address the growing problem of plastic waste.

Prior to TIPA, Gary held positions in R&D, Innovation, Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management. His extensive knowledge brought him to TIPA®, a world leader in compostable flexible packaging, where he works as the Head of Sales for Europe.
