Will face coverings be mandatory?
Face coverings are mandatory in line with government guidance and must always be worn.
Will I have my temperature checked on arrival?
Temperature check will be a condition of entry. Any person displaying a high temperature (and potentially the party they are with) will not be granted access to the venue.
All visitors must check their own temperature before leaving home to attend the event. Those with a high temperature should not attend.
Will you take my details for Track & Trace?
For the health and safety of all entrants, your personal details including name and contact telephone number may be shared with Test and Trace, if required, as part of the Government's ongoing COVID-19 response. This information will only be used by them where necessary to help stop the spread of COVID-19. If you have any concerns or do not wish to have your personal details shared, please contact ec@saphex.co.za
